What the consultation covers
Every first visit starts with a look at your natural lashes and the look you want, and nothing starts until you've agreed to it. The price for your service is on the booking page before you pay a deposit.
Deposits
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Sets and fills take one; the booking page shows the amount.
How levels set the price
Silk has two artists, Zelda and Alaysia. The artist you book sets part of the price, because the owner's chair and the associate artist's chair are priced apart. The booking page shows both when you choose.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A removal, or a longer visit, is priced by the time it takes and what the work needs. We tell you before we start.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected, and they go to the artist who did your lashes.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards come in any amount and go toward any set or fill.
Your first visit

Step 1: Book your visit
Book a patch test first, then your set. Choose the artist and the time on the booking page; your deposit holds the visit.

Step 2: When you arrive
Come a few minutes early with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Take your contact lenses out, or bring your glasses.

Step 3: What to expect
We look at your natural lashes and the look you want, then build the set while you rest with your eyes closed. A first set takes two to two and a quarter hours.

Step 4: Afterward
You leave with aftercare in writing and a fill window to book. Zelda or Alaysia can rebook you before you go.
