Before your first set
Start with a patch test
It's a small step that tells us how your skin responds to the adhesive before a full set. It takes about fifteen minutes, and you watch the spot at home for a day. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction.
Book it ahead
Choose a patch test on the booking page, a few days before your first set.
Watch the spot
Notice the spot for a day. If anything itches, burns or swells, tell us before you book your set.
Tell us everything
Tell us about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction you've had to tape or eye products.
The day of your visit
Come with clean lashes
No eye makeup, no curler and no oil-based products on or near your eyes that day.
Leave lenses at home
Take contact lenses out before you arrive, or bring your glasses.
Arrive a few minutes early
A grace period holds for a short delay. After that the visit is shortened to fit, not extended.
Who should wait
Tell us before your visit if any of these apply, and we'll rebook you.
An eye problem
An eye infection, irritation or a recent eye or eyelid procedure. Check with your doctor first if you're unsure.
A past reaction
A reaction to adhesive, tape or eye products, from us or anyone else.
A recent set elsewhere
Another artist's extensions come off before a new set, so allow time for removal.
If you notice a reaction
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
