Our policies

What we ask of every client, in one place, before you pay a deposit.

Booking and deposits

A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Every set and fill takes one, and the menu marks each with a Deposit to book chip. Patch tests and removals don't. You book on the booking page and we confirm by text or email.

Canceling and running late

Please give 48 hours' notice to move a set and 24 hours for a fill. Your deposit moves with you. With less notice, we keep it. If you're running late, we hold 15 minutes for a fill and 20 for a set. After that the visit is shortened to fit, not extended.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without a word, we keep the deposit and ask for prepayment on your next booking. If something comes up, a text is all it takes.

Children and companions

Clients are 18 and over, and each visit is for one client. The room is small and the work needs you lying still with your eyes closed, so please come on your own. A friend is welcome to wait in the lobby.

Patch tests and allergies

We ask every new client to patch test before a first set. It shows how your skin responds to the adhesive. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction you've had to tape or eye products. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision after a visit, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care.

If you're not happy

If something isn't right, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. We'll look at your lashes together and say what we can do.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay at the end of your visit, and it goes to the artist who did your lashes.

Before your visit

Come with clean lashes, no eye makeup and no oil-based products near your eyes that day. Take contact lenses out before you arrive, or bring your glasses. Arrive a few minutes early so your visit starts on time.

When to ask your doctor first

Check with your doctor first if you've had an eye infection, irritation or a recent eye or eyelid procedure, or if you've had a reaction to adhesive before. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll tell you whether to wait.

Two more things to know

  • The fill window

Fills are every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, a longer fill or a full set may be needed instead. The fills page explains how it works.

  • Another artist's work

Extensions from another artist come off before a new set, and we can't fill them. We'll tell you the time it needs when you book.

Read the rules, then pick a time.

If anything here doesn't work for you, ask before you book.
