The fill window
A fill every two to three weeks
Natural lashes shed all the time and take their extensions with them. A fill replaces what's gone, and the window keeps the visit short.
- 01Day one
Step 1: Your set
Your set is built in one visit of two hours or more. Book your first fill before you leave, if you like.
- 02Two to three weeks
Step 2: Your first fill
Shed extensions are replaced and gaps filled. It's an hour to an hour and a quarter.
- 03Every two to three weeks
Step 3: Fills, on repeat
Each fill keeps the same rhythm, and the visit stays shorter than a set.
- 04Consultation first
Step 4: After a longer gap
Too few extensions may remain to fill. We tell you before we start whether a longer fill or a new set is the better choice.
- 05Removal first
Step 5: Another artist's set
Another artist's extensions come off first, then we start a new set. We can't fill them.
- 06Thirty minutes
Step 6: When you're done
Book a removal as its own visit. Please don't pull extensions off; pulling takes natural lashes with them.
Removal
Off with a remover, never a pull
Removal is its own visit.
Our own sets
A remover and a cotton pad, while you rest with your eyes closed. About thirty minutes.
Another artist's set
A little longer, about forty-five minutes, so your natural lashes are never tugged.
Before a new set
We look at your natural lashes once the old set is off, and we choose the next set together.
Questions about fills
How often do I need a fill?
Every two to three weeks. That keeps the set even and the visit short.
What if I wait longer?
After a longer gap there may not be enough of your set left to fill. We look at your lashes and tell you whether a longer fill or a new set makes more sense.
Can you fill another artist's set?
No. Another artist's extensions come off first, so we can see your natural lashes before we start a new set.
How long does removal take?
About thirty minutes for our own sets and about forty-five for another artist's.

Fills take a deposit to hold your time, and it goes toward your service.
