How often do I need a fill?
Every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, a longer fill or a full set may be needed instead.
What happens if I'm late?
We hold 15 minutes for a fill and 20 for a set. After that the visit is shortened to fit, not extended.
Do I need a patch test?
We ask every new client to patch test before a first set. It helps but can't predict every reaction.
What if I react?
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
Can I wear mascara or get them wet?
Skip mascara. After the first 24 hours, water is fine; pat them dry and brush.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. It moves with you if you give 48 hours' notice for a set or 24 hours for a fill. The booking page shows the amount.
Can you fill another artist's set?
No. Another artist's extensions come off first, so we can see your natural lashes before we start a new set.
What's the difference between classic and hybrid?
Classic is one extension per lash, neat and defined. Hybrid mixes in fine fans for more texture. Soft hybrid is a lighter mix of the two.
Can I bring a guest?
Each visit is for one client, aged 18 or over. A friend is welcome to wait in the lobby.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards come in any amount and go toward any set or fill. You can buy one on the gift card page.
